With the help of a table and a tripod, I was able to get the camera up high enough to get these shots. She would not come back to the nest until I went inside and then came back out. Then there was all of the re-established focusing until I came up with these. I shot the original RAW and they came out beautifully when printed. The camera lens was only 4 inches from her. The leaves kept blocking the signal....as I said....patience and a little luck and VOILA!
